ABOUT ARASMAS LABS
Independent Development, Research, and Experimentation.
Arasmas Labs is an independent laboratory built around the idea that useful systems emerge through experimentation, iteration, and deliberate refinement.
What We Do
The lab develops technical projects, experimental systems, practical tools, and small-scale research efforts across software, hardware, artificial intelligence, fabrication, acoustics, and related fields. The lab functions as a pet project with this website being a main capture point for anything developed.
How We Work
Projects are developed incrementally. Ideas are tested, documented, refined, and expanded only when the next stage is justified by what has already been learned.
We take a project idea, expand upon the idea until it becomes a physically capable prototype idea. We then stress test the idea until we find faults with it.
When an idea has been proven to be viable, we then move to a prototyping phase for actual development. After a successful prototype, we move to launch and production.
Current Projects
The current project portfolio centers on Project Theseus, Project Daedalus, and Project Hephaestus.
Project Theseus is a software ecosystem built around the Nyx AI framework. Nyx is a modular, multi-agent AI system designed to support a wide range of applications, from research and development to practical problem-solving.
Project Daedalus is a collection of experimental prototypes, technical explorations, and research efforts. It serves as a proving ground and sandbox for new ideas, concepts, and technologies.
Project Hephaestus is a practical fabrication and business initiative focused on the development of tools, systems, and products that can be used to support the Lab's ongoing work and to provide value to the broader community.
